Payment

Shipments are FOB Schiller Park, IL. Preferred payment method is by credit card.  On larger orders, after credit approval, Net 30 terms may be extended. 

Warranty

H. Neuman warrants stock products against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months after date of shipment.  Our obligation is limited to replacing or repairing the purchased part.  There is no warranty on custom products.  All claims must be submitted in writing.

Sizes and Specifications

H. Neuman, at times, will change the size and specification of catalog and standard products.  We attempt to stock products with customer demand.  We cannot guarantee continued stock of every catalog or standard part but work to accommodate our customers.

Shipments

H. Neuman works to provide accurate delivery information.  On time delivery is a priority but we assume no liability for costs resulting from delayed delivery.  We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by transportation carriers.

Privacy

H. Neuman uses information you provide on this site to deliver product.  Occasionally, we may use the information to provide new product information.  Your information is not shared or traded.  You may unsubscribe at any time.

Trademark

The H. Neuman and Company name and logo are proprietary.  Any other brand names, trademarked or otherwise on this site are used only for clarity of orders.
