Stock Timing Pulleys

A wide inventory of MXL(.080"), 40D.P.(.0816"), XL(1/5"), L(3/8", H(1/2"), HTD™(3mm, 5mm, and 8mm), PowerGrip GT™(PGGT and PGGT2 - 2mm, 3mm and 5mm), and S.T.P.D.™(Super Torque Positive Drive 2mm, 3mm and 5mm) timing belt pulleys is maintained at H. Neuman and Company.  Stock pulleys in other belt profiles and tooth counts are available on an "as ordered" basis under our Made-To-Need (MTN) program – manufactured from aluminum or steel in a variety of flanged and unflanged choices.

Timing Pulley Stock

For those times when a stock pulley just won't do, H. Neuman & Company can deliver pulley stock and flanges.  From these components an unending variety of timing pulleys can be assembled.  With availability in Metric Trapezoidal (T2.5, T5, T10, AT5, and AT10 and the same sizes as stock timing pulleys, these are perfect for low volume applications or where you need to do it yourself.

Made To Order

We can pull out all the stops and combine the best of our processes to manufacture combinations or specials that meet your specific need.  Crowned, flat, V-belt, XH(.875"), 14mm HTD™, 8mm PGGT™/PGGT2™ and Micro V [V-ribbed] groove pulleys up through Ø14.5" can be manufactured in the material of your choice (including white or black Delrin®) under our MTO program.  H.
