All shipping promises are made in good faith. If, for any reason, shipments should be delayed due to our fault or otherwise, Neuman will in no way be liable for any consequential damages or secondary charges resulting from such delays. The responsibility of Neuman shall cease upon delivery of our products to the transportation company. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage after delivery nor shall we be liable for any consequential damages resulting there from. All claims for damages or shortages are to be made directly on the carrier.
