Neuman reserves the right to change the design or construction of its products at any time without obligation for replacement or refund on any products or parts thereof, which may be in any customer’s possession at the time such changes become effective.

Neuman warrants that its products do not infringe the claims of any United States Patent covering the products as such or their inherent method of operation; however, this  warranty does not include charges of infringement arising by reason of the purchaser’s modification of any such product to another form or its use in conjunction with other machinery or equipment, or to modification of any such product made at purchaser’s request, or to the use of any such product in the practice of any process involving more   than the inherent method of operation of the product itself. In case any Neuman product is held to constitute infringement of any United States patent, Neuman shall have the privilege of procuring for purchaser the right to continue using the claimed infringing product or to modify it without reduction of efficiency, so that it will not infringe such patent.
