Sales Terms & Conditions How to OrderWe try to make ordering products from H. Neuman & Company as simple as possible. Choose any one of the five ways listed below and your parts will soon be on their way:

WarrantyNeuman warrants its products covered in this manual against defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one year after date of shipment. Neuman’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing a similar product without charge. Neuman shall have the option of requiring the return of the defective material, transportation prepaid, to establish the claim. All claims must be made in writing. No allowances will be made for repairs or alterations without Neuman’s written consent or approval. Neuman shall not in any event be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damage. THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Neuman stock products are made only in the sizes and to the specifications shown in our catalogs and other literature. Where any alteration is requested by the purchaser, such altered product will be treated as a made to order item. We assume no liability for errors or omissions, which may appear in our catalogs or literature; and we cannot accept alteration charges caused by such errors or omissions, but we will accept the return of stock items, which will not fit their intended use due to such errors or omissions, provided the products have not been altered or damaged. Design ChangesNeuman reserves the right to change the design or construction of its products at any time without obligation for replacement or refund on any products or parts thereof, which may be in any customer’s possession at the time such changes become effective. Neuman warrants that its products do not infringe the claims of any United States Patent covering the products as such or their inherent method of operation; however, this warranty does not include charges of infringement arising by reason of the purchaser’s modification of any such product to another form or its use in conjunction with other machinery or equipment, or to modification of any such product made at purchaser’s request, or to the use of any such product in the practice of any process involving more than the inherent method of operation of the product itself. In case any Neuman product is held to constitute infringement of any United States patent, Neuman shall have the privilege of procuring for purchaser the right to continue using the claimed infringing product or to modify it without reduction of efficiency, so that it will not infringe such patent. ShipmentsAll shipping promises are made in good faith. If, for any reason, shipments should be delayed due to our fault or otherwise, Neuman will in no way be liable for any consequential damages or secondary charges resulting from such delays. The responsibility of Neuman shall cease upon delivery of our products to the transportation company. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage after delivery nor shall we be liable for any consequential damages resulting there from. All claims for damages or shortages are to be made directly on the carrier. |
